Seahawks Reach A Deal With Patrick Kerney

The Seattle Seahawks have just agreed to a six year contract with Patrick Kerney and this means that the Seahawks are looking to add depth and strengthen their pass rush.

Richard Rosa, Kerney’s agent, informed that Kerney had agreed to the six year contract which is worth $39.5 million and includes $19.5 million guaranteed money.

Colts Re-sign Rob Morris

Indianapolis Colts have re-signed veteran Rob Morris. According to Bill Polian, Colts’ president, retaining Morris was one the top priorities for the team. For the playoffs Morris was moved to the starting lineup and Polian expected Morris to continue starting since he did extremely well in the playoffs in that position.

Leonard Davis has just signed a seven year contract with the Dallas Cowboys which is worth $50 million. This is a dream come true for Davis who ended up having six very disappointing seasons with Arizona. The free agency season has started and the Oakland Raiders started theirs by meeting Jeff Garcia. However, Garcia said that he would have discussions with other teams before deciding which team to sign for next year.

The Cleveland Browns have agreed to a seven year contract with Eric Steinbach worth $49.5 million. The contract also includes $17 million in guaranteed money.
